Group sessions are a great way to get active in a social environment. They are a cheaper alternative which provide you with a new support network. They are also available in care and residential homes.

Online coaching is similar to 1 to 1 PT, however the plans and sessions are sent over to you weekly for you to complete in your own time, in your own space.
